Wednesday in Utah we went to Temple Quarry, which is up the mountain east of South Jordan. We went there last year and liked it. It's a great little mountain "hike" for us. It's not really a hike at all, just a paved walking path. But for Tommy, who wants to be a mountain man, this is what we can do with all the little feet we have.

After our Quarry walk, we went to The Lego Store in Fashion Place Mall. Ruth's boyfriend Will met us there, to great squeals of delight.
We love building minifigs at the store, but decided to buy a baseplate this year instead. Tommy was appeased only with a picture for him to remember his most awesome minifig creation ever.
Who takes pictures when they go to the bathroom? I do, if it's something cool like this. Glad somebody recognized that even moms have to go to the bathroom, too.
Will followed us down to American Fork to have dinner with us at Suzanne's house and visit more. Tommy and Katie rode in his car with him and thought it was the coolest thing to ride with Will. Dancy got over her jealousy only because I told her that we would race Will. Kinda rigged, since he was following us, but she was a triumphant winner when we arrived.
Your kids are so adorable. I loved spending time with them and meeting Will.
